Return Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

Because all of our items are printed to order, we only allow cancellations up to 12 hours after your order is placed. We are not able to offer exceptions to this policy.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We currently do not accept exchanges due to tracking complications. If you need a different style, color, or size, please return your original order for a gift card and place a new order. Click here to start your return.

RETURN POLICY

We know buying online can be tricky! So, we offer store credit/refunds for unworn/unwashed apparel within 15 days from the delivery confirmation date.  We cannot accept returns of free gifts with purchase, last chance/sale items or phone cases, mugs, and tote bags. Click here to start your return.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You have 2 easy options:

1) Store Credit

Is it the wrong color, style or size? Let us know, and we will send you a store credit for the products you purchased (shipping costs are nonrefundable). Once we receive your unworn/unwashed shirt(s), we will send you your store credit. The deadline to request store credit is 15 days from the delivery confirmation date.

2) Refund

Can’t find something that will work? We will refund payment method for the item(s), minus a $5 restocking fee per item purchased and the cost of return shipping. Once we receive your unworn/unwashed shirt(s), we will send you your refund. The deadline to request a refund is 15 days from the delivery confirmation date.

Please note that last chance/sale items, gifts with purchase, phone cases, mugs, and tote bags, are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
