How does sizing work?

Check the garment model, fit and size chart on the product page. For Comfort Colors® 1717 tees, compare finished garment measurements with a tee you own. Width is measured across a shirt laid flat, not around your body. View the Comfort Colors® 1717 guide.

When will my order arrive?

Please allow 3–5 business days for order preparation, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier transit time is additional and depends on the destination and shipping service. Follow the tracking in your shipping confirmation. Read shipping details.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your items and delivery address. Any available free-shipping option appears at checkout.

Can I return an item?

Request an eligible return within 15 days of delivery confirmation. Apparel must be unworn and unwashed. Refunds to the original payment method have a $5-per-item restocking fee; store credit does not. Customers pay return shipping for eligible change-of-mind returns, and original shipping charges are nonrefundable. We do not offer direct exchanges. Read the full policy and exceptions.

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

Contact Creek Tide® with your order number, a description of the problem and photos if available. Contact us before returning the item.

Can I cancel?

Items are printed to order. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order. Contact Creek Tide® to request cancellation.
